The Storefront is Now a SimpleX Group

Everything now happens in one place: our SimpleX group. It serves as our storefront, catalog, and support desk.

This guide details how to join, how to order safely, and provides our complete price list.

The One Rule, Up Front

We will never message you first.

Every order happens in a private chat that YOU open from inside the group. Anyone who DMs you claiming to be us is a scammer—ignore and report. Anyone asking for payment in a chat you didn't open is a scammer. No exceptions, ever.

Part A — Join the Group (3 Steps)

  1. Install SimpleX Chat: Download from official app stores, or grab the APK from the SimpleX website/GitHub. No phone number, email, or account is required to install or use it.
  2. Open the Link:
    • Mobile: Tapping the link opens SimpleX and asks you to confirm joining.
    • Desktop: Copy the full link, open SimpleX, choose the + (new connection) flow, select "Join group via link," and paste.
  3. Set Your Display Name: Choose anything you like; nothing about it links back to you. For maximum anonymity, enable Incognito mode in settings before joining: SimpleX will use a random profile with us and every other member.

Note: Group links can saturate. If joining fails, the link hit its limit and a fresh one will go out via email and Nostr.

Part B — Verify Before You Trust (30 Seconds)

  • Check the Owner Badge: In the group's member list, our profile is listed as Owner. That badge is enforced by the group protocol—it cannot be spoofed by a lookalike name. Names in SimpleX are NOT unique. Trust the Owner badge, not the display name.
  • Initiate Private Chats: Open private chats only by your own action: tap our member profile -> Direct Chat, or long-press one of our messages -> "Reply Privately."
  • Ignore Unsolicited DMs: Never accept, reply to, or pay anything in a DM you didn't start. We do not have staff DMing members.
  • Keep Sensitive Info Private: All delivery addresses, invoices, and payment confirmations belong ONLY in your private chat with us. Never post them in the public group.

The group functions as a read-only catalog and announcement board. Every order, quote, question, and invoice lives in your private chat.

  • Quote & Invoice: We reply with a quote and a Lightning invoice (or on-chain address). Lightning invoices typically expire within the hour. If yours lapses, request a new one. On-chain orders wait for block confirmations before hardware ships.
  • Payment: Pay directly from your own wallet—no cards, no chargebacks, and no payment profiles.
  • Delivery:
    • Digital Goods: (VPN configs, eSIM QRs, number inboxes, relay/LNbits credentials) are delivered as files or messages in the chat within minutes.
    • Hardware: Ships from the US in plain packaging, with tracking provided directly in chat.
  • Order Reference: Your order reference is your identity for warranty claims, renewals, and upgrades. Save it outside the app (SimpleX history lives on your device; a lost profile is a lost inbox).

Hardware Honesty Clause: Couriers need a delivery name and address. Provide what you are comfortable with. We do not ask for ID, and paying in bitcoin keeps your name off the payment record entirely.
